Fiscal service of Ukraine opened a case against " Centrenergo "
The state fiscal service of Ukraine has opened criminal proceedings against one of the largest Ukrainian energy organizations "Centrenergo" on suspicion of tax evasion, said 1st Deputy head of the fiscal service Sergey Bilan.
"Yesterday we have registered a criminal case against the company "Centrenergo" for evasion of taxes in especially large sizes", said Bilan at the meeting of the Cabinet.
according to his statement, " money laundered through four tax pits ".
in "Centrenergo" includes 3 TPP - Uglegorsk, Zmievskaya and Tripoli. The total capacity of the stations is 7, 66 GW, which was 14% of the total capacity of power plants of Ukraine. The largest shareholder is the state represented by the Ministry of energy - 78, 29% of the share capital.
