The head of the Ministry of economic development Maxim Oreshkin told, why the Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin interrupted his speech in Parliament.
The Minister said that he had prepared a speech on the priorities of economic development and the implementation of the national project for small and medium businesses, but Volodin had made the initiative to discuss broader economic agenda.
The Minister added that details told about the events held during the execution of the national projects on performance in small and medium-sized businesses. According to him, the work on execution of instructions of the President is ahead of schedule.
