Matthew Morrison wants hair salary
Matthew Morrison thinks his Glee salary should be increased because his hair is"like another character".
The star portrays teacher Will Schuester in the American high school drama. The musical show has become a smash hit, and Matthew is proud to be part of it. He thinks part of its appeal is that it is so funny, explaining all the stars expect to be teased in the script at some point.
Will has regular battles with his nemesis cheer leading coach Sue Sylvester, played by Jane Lynch, who often pokes fun at his curly tresses. Matthew insists the jokes don`t upset him, and he loves discovering what Sue will come out with next.
"No,I love it. I think it`s so funny," he replied, when asked if the comments about his locks upset him. "They go after everyone, no-one gets away. They make fun of people`s noses and those who can`t dance. But I feel like I should be getting paid more because my hair is another character on the show. I should have two salaries."
Matthew also discussed rumours Scottish singer Susan Boyle is to appear on the programme. He refused to confirm them, but hinted fans of the star should stay tuned. "SuBo? A lunch lady, she`ll be serving up lunch for people in a hair net and stuff? Yeah, that would be glorious to see that," he said in an interview with British programme GMTV. "It`s a rumour, but sometimes rumours become truth so we`ll see."
