Exxon Mobil sought cancellation of the penalty for violation of sanctions against Russia
Oil Firm Exxon Mobil have made in a us court cancelled a fine of two million dollars for violation of U.S. penalties against Russia, according to a decision of a Federal judge Jane Boyle.
The court ruled that the US authorities have not given the organization in 2014, enough time to roll the contracts with Rosneft, which violate imposed by the administration of Barack Hussein Obama's punishment.
