New information about "bird flu": virus registered at 7 Russian settlements
Diagnose of "bird flu" was registered in 7 settlements of Russia, Ministry of agriculture informs.
By data of Russian Agriculture inspection, 3 unfavorable in bird flu relation settlements were registered in Altaiskii krai, one - in Kurganskiy region , 2 - in Chelyabinskiy region, one - in Tambovsky region.
"There are also 4 settlements on territory of Russia where diseased bird is annihilated but term of quarantine didn`t end", - was said in announcement. In Omskaya and Tulskaya oblasts, where "bird flu" was registered, all settlements are healthy and quarantine will end soon.
The first wave began when bird flu appeared in July in Novosibirskaya region. Virus got here with migrated wild birds. For 3 weeks it spread over territory of 4 more regions - Tumenskaya, Omskaya and Kurganskaya oblast, and Altaiskii krai.
