Pavarotti to perform with Placido Domingo and Hose Carreras for last time
Italian tenor Luchano Pavarotti is ready to perform with Spanish singers Placido Domingo and Hose Carreras before he finally leaves the stage.
In June of current year Italian singer was not able to sing at concert of "Three tenors" because of problems with health. Then informal leader of this trio, opera singer and conductor, Domingo declared that it is most likely that trio will never perform again.
But Pavarotti, who became 70 in October, felt himself better and now went on a farewell concert tour over 40 countries. By his words he is ready to sing with his friends several times. After that he intends to leave the stage and devote more time to family and vocal teaching.
Trio "Three tenors" was formed at the end of eighties when Carreras was sick with leukemia and 2 his main rivals at opera stage suggested to sing opera arias and popular songs together at public in order to support the singer.
Carreras has cured with time but trio stayed as group - they visited all parts of the world, performed hundreds of concerts and released millions of disks.
Thanks to trio people all over the world became interested in opera and vocal.
