Byelorussia and Russia to sign treaty about social maintenance
The treaty about co-operation in sphere of social maintenance will be signed at supreme State Council of Byelorussia and Russia in the end of January 2006. This was informed by Byelorussian minister of labor and social security Antonina Morova during press-conference.
"After signing of the document, it will be ratified by parliaments of both countries and come into force in 2006", - said Morova.
Morova also noted that document concerns not only provision of pensions for citizens of United state but other social maintenances. In particular, there will be various social payments - family allowance, dole, reimbursement of injured person and others.
"At the same moment, - specified the minister, - export of pensions is kept. If person goes to Russia or, oppositely, to Byelorussia, his pension remains the same".
