Ramzan Kadyrov predicted to become Chechen president by autumn

Experts consider that Ramzan Kadyrov will become president of Chechen republic by autumn of 2006.

As source in republican administration has informed, "actual power belongs to vice-premier Ramzan Kadyrov while Chechen premier-minister and current president are just figure-heads".

According to Constitution of the republic current vice-premier will get a legal right to become president at the age of 30 - after October 5.

Experts think that at first Russian president Vladimir Putin will confirm appointment of Kadyrov as a head of Chechen government.

By words of another source of high rank in Groznyy, current premier-minister of the republic Sergey Adamov, who is on medical treatment in Moscow at present moment, will not return to Chechnya and his position will be suggested to either Ramzan Kadyrov or head federal inspector over Chechnya Oleg Zhidkov.

At the same moment Zhidkov denies possibility of personal appointment on premier-minister position and estimates perspectives of Kadyrov as high: "Why not? He can make the State machinery work and this is important for improvement of situation in Chechnya".
