Governor of Ryazan district signed law about carrying out of objects of gambling business to five kilometers from settlements
In the administration of connections with the community and information policy of the governor and the government of the Ryazan district they reported on Friday that the governor of the Ryazan district Georgy Shpak signed the regional law about carrying out of the objects of gambling business to five kilometers from the settlements.
The law will enter the force ten days after signing. "The head of the region signed the law only in order not to destroy the regulations of the Ryazan district, in accordance with which it was necessary to publish this law not later than seven days after its adoption" explained the representative from the government.
As it was reported earlier, the law of the Ryazan district about carrying out of the objects of gambling business to five kilometers from the settlements was accepted by the deputies of Ryazansk District Duma in December 2005, however, the governor did not sign it and returned to deputies to revision. In January of the present year the District Duma overcame the veto of the governor and repeatedly voted for the previous edition of the law. Now it is signed and published.
