Shoigu doubts of possibility to localize bird flu in Russia
The Head of the Russian Emergency Ministry Sergei Shoigu does not exclude that Russia will not manage to localize centers of bird flu spreading.
"As for ability to localize the virus, you know, I am not sure about it today", S. Shoigu said to journalists on Friday in the course of his visit to Nizhny Novgorod.
"The most important thing is to make people start do something for their birds safety, and that they do it not because of fear of punishment, but just because they understand the importance", added the minister.
