Glad allowed to imprison handed down the sentence in the "gas case" Tymoshenko judge
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has given its consent to the arrest and detention of the judge of Pechersk district court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev, who was convicted in the "gas case" ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. Such a decision at the meeting was supported by 297 people's representatives with the required minimum of 226 votes. According to the police, judge Kireyev eleven October 2011, the verdict, which found Tymoshenko guilty of committing iniquity and prescribed punishment of imprisonment for a term of 7 years with deprivation of the right to hold positions in the state authorities for a period of 3 years. The Supreme court of Ukraine gave the appropriate evaluation of such actions of the judge Kireyev and its resolution of April 14, 2014 Overturned the conviction of closing the case under the criminal code regarding Tymoshenko due to lack of iniquity.
