He came into the studio LWT in 1967, his career was a commentator on the growing three decades that he has given British football. The last time he commented on the quarter-finals in France in 1998.
Brian Moore died on the 69th year of life in Kent in their homes. Moore's heart stopped beating just a few hours before the team dealt a crushing blow to British national team of Germany in World Cup qualifying match. Some of his colleagues have long lamented that that Moore had not seen.
The former goalkeeper for Arsenal and the sports journalist Bob Wilson said that no one could say a single bad word about Brian, despite the fact that his comments were often tough, trenchant and impartial.
Moore was born in a provincial town in a modest Benenden in Kent. His parents were day laborers on the farm. However, the young Brian showed excellent results in studies, for which he received a scholarship to study in college Krenbruk in the same county. Moore's first passion was still in school cricket, which he loved and who enthusiastically played until the last days of his life.
His journalistic career began, Brian Moore, deputy editor of World Sports, then two years he worked in the Exchange Telegraph and three - The Times.
In 1961 he came on the radio BBC BBC and the honor to comment on the gold for the England final of the FIFA World Cup 1966.
Then in 1968, Moore moved to channel ITV, where from 1978 to 1986, led the most popular sports transmission Midweek Sports Special. Moore was the "voice of football" on the ITV for 31 years until retirement.
But, even having gone into retirement, he was in 1999, sports page on Sky Sports, where he made a series of brilliant stories, interviews with renowned players of the past.
