In 1885, Mr.. graduated from the Medical Faculty of Moscow University in 1890. defended at the Military Medical Academy doctoral thesis "Dressing materials (physical properties), in which one of the earliest developed methods of hygienic studies of tissues, laying the foundation of hygiene garments. From the first work on antiseptic: "Physical antiseptic in the treatment of wounds" (1894).
