Belonogov Andrei

Born November 29, 1954 in Leningrad. Graduated from Law Department of Leningrad State University, specialty "Jurisprudence" (1983).
. After serving in the Navy entered the Leningrad customs, which until 1984 has gone from inspector to chief of the department, then was appointed deputy head of Pulkovo customs
. From 1991 to 1992 he worked in the North-West of the State management of customs control of the USSR (State Customs Committee of Russia) Head of the Department modes of free enterprise zones.

. He was awarded the medal "300 years Rossiyskomu Navy" and an "Excellence Customs Service of Russia."
