Stephen IZVORSKY

(1815 - 1875).
As a Head of Lancaster schools in Bulgaria, then entered the St. Petersburg Theological Academy and received the priesthood. The first poem of his "Signs of the revival of Bulgarian literature" appeared in the "Constantinople Gazette (1849).
