Anatoly Kaptsan

(1911 - 1983 gg.) Was born in the Ukraine.
During the 30 years he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kharkov. In 1941-1946 fought on the fronts of the Second World War. The last years of his life lived in Ferghana. He worked as a sculptor, painter.
