FAURE Gabriel Urban (Faur Gabriel-Urbain)

(1845-1924)
Born May 12, 1845 in Pamiers (Department of Ariege). The younger son of a schoolteacher, he was educated at the School of classical and sacred music, founded Niedermeyer to prepare for church musicians.
