Melnikov, Boris Nikolayevich (1896-1937), diplomat. In 1916 he joined the RSDLP, Bolshevik. In 1923 he transferred to the diplomatic work. In 1923-24 an authorized employee of the People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs (NCID) in Harbin. In 1924-28 Head. Division of the Far East NCID.
