Biography Boyarskaya Elizaveta
(20.12.1985, Leningrad) is a Russian actress of theatre and cinema. She is daughter of Mikhail Boyarsky and Larisa Luppian. Liza has a brother Sergei.
Liza did not show any acting capabilities. She went in for dances for 13 years (classical and jazz). She graduated modeling school at her teenage age, speaks two foreign languages. She wanted to become a journalist, work in public relations, but after attending special journalistic courses she lost interest in this profession. In the end Elizaveta decided to enter institute of theatre, namely State Academy of Theatre Art of St.-Petersburg. She was taught by Leo Abramovich Dodin, received presidential grant. She is an actress of Maly Drama Theatre (Theatre of Europe) from 2006 in St.Petersburg.
Her first role was one of Gonerilya in the performance 'King Lear'. Her first significant role was role of Tanya in the film 'First after God'. Fame came to her after the film 'Irony of Fate. Continuation' of Timur Bekmambetov (2007).
On July 28, 2010 she married the actor Maksim Matveev in a modest ceremony in the Office of Vital Statistics No.2. He is well-known for his part in the film 'Stilyagi'. The pair welcomed their first son Andrey on April 07, 2012.
