Arshavina Julia

Julia met her future husband, Andreyi Arshavin, in summer of 2003.

They met by chance, on Nevsky Prospect, and Julia did not recognize the young man, the rising football star.

On December 7, 2005 Julia gave birth to a boy, named Artem. On April 3, 2008 her daughter Yana was born in Petersburg by caesarean section.

Julia Arshavina loves sports. In particular, she is a real fan of tennis. Her favorite tennis player is Marat Safin. Julia believes that Marat and her husband are similar in many ways.

In February 2009 it became known that Russia midfielder Andrei Arshavin would move to London Arsenal. Julia moved with children to London too.

British did not fail to notice that Julia is the copy of Victoria Beckham, who also tries to keep her husband in "iron hand". The British tabloid Mirror came out with the headline: "The wife of Andrey Arshavin Julia can not stand the English, except for Victoria Beckham."

The British are outraged that Julia wanted her husband moved to Spain, or better stay in Russia, because Britain is too boring: "I especially do not like England. In my opinion, Englishmen are too prudish, and it is sad"- she is quoted by the tabloid. She helps her husband with choosing clothes.
