December 24, 1960 in the Moldavian SSR. The son of playwright Alexander
Gelman.
In 1983 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Communications.
From 1983 to 1985 worked as head of the Laboratory of optional equipment Chisinau television factory "Alpha". In 1985 he worked as an engineer of the Kishinev Institute of methods of nondestructive testing.
In 1985 - 90 - CEO NTTM in Kishinev.
In 1990 moved to Moscow and is the creator of an art gallery.
