LEVITIN Valentin

1932. Appliances painting and mosaics mastered independently. Participates in exhibitions since 1965. In St. Petersburg, took his two solo exhibitions. Member of the International Federation of Artists (IFA). Lives and works in St. Petersburg. Creativity Levitin developed in line with the informal culture and close to the circle of ideas of Moscow metaphysical painting. In the works Levitin, varying the same substantive reasons (the tree and tower, a bottle and a vase, etc.), small in size, almost monochrome, there is peace, an abstraction from sensory experience or emotional experiences. This philosophical painting - the artist the world has not seen, not imagined, it is his thoughts.
