Born April 29, 1961 in Ukraine in the city of Yellow Waters.
Graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering LETI them VI. Ulyanov (Lenin) in 1984.
After graduation he worked in the Research Institute of Electro-Apparatus DV. Ephraim. The automation of modeling electronic circuits and physical processes.

Married. Has a 5-lenyuyu daughter Rita.
Actively engaged in sailing. Winner and winner of international competitions. He is fond of parachuting.
