Born July 11, 1934 in the city of Vladimir-Aleksandrovskoe Primorsky Krai. Father - Peter M. (1909 - 1989 gg.). Mother - Alexandra Semenovna (1909 - 1995 gg.). Children: Hope (genus. 11.06.1960 g.), Maxim (6.06.1965 g.), Dmitry (30.10.1970 g.).
. In 1957 he graduated from Chemical Faculty of Leningrad State University, specializing radiochemistry.
