Industrial activities, mining engineer, since 1882, member and later chairman of the Council of Congresses of Miners southern Russia. He took an active part in many meetings, and district government, on issues related to the mining industry of southern Russia. A. is also a board member of the mining business for the mountain department, a board member of Rail Affairs and Chairman of the Council of Congresses of Representatives of Industry and Trade. In 1906, a. was elected a member of the State Board of Industry (in Kharkov Coal Exchange). Printed a number of works on the mining industry, the transport of coal and other goods
