Biography Akemi Tileman Luz
(in Russia Filimon Filimonovich), ore industrialist and breeder, a native of Holland, arrived in Moscow in the reign of Michael Feodorovich. In 1637, together with his son in law of Peter Marselis ordered from Holland a few hundred masters: casters, Locksmith, Ruzheinikov, who were the first teachers in the Russian iron and steel and iron industry. A. with Marselis received in 1644 by royal charter to the device in northern Russia to the iron mills (at Sheksna, Kostroma and Volga). In 1656 A. Marselis and staged a number of plants present in the Tula and Kaluga provinces. Plants A. delivered to the treasury tin, wire, guns, nuclear and other. A. were given as Gorodischenskogo Vinius iron works, the first host of the Tula refineries.
