Biography Bogolyubskii Nikolai Ivanovich
Born in 1856 A pupil of the Moscow Theological Academy, was the rector of the Samara Theological Seminary, a professor of theology at the Moscow Agricultural Institute, in 1911. Professor of Moscow University. A man of broad outlook, a dispassionate and calm during the liberation movement and all the time after he played with rare dignity and tact, and influenced the best part of the Moscow clergy a most beneficial way. In his literary work was the case, exceptional even in the annals of Russian spiritual censorship. At the invitation of the editor of the academic journal Theology Bulletin "in 1907. Archpriest Bogolyubskii, himself a member of the Moscow Theological Censorship Committee, wrote an article setting out his observations of the former rector of the life of our seminary.
