Biography Zagoskin Mikhail
(1830 - 1904). He graduated from the course in the Kazan Theological Academy. He was an inspector of classes in the Irkutsk military and technical schools; editor of the newspaper "Siberia" and "Cupid" as well as the publication of the East-Siberian Department of the Geographical Society.
