Biography Lilienfeld-Toala Paul Feodorovich
(1829 - 1903), graduated from the course in the Alexander Lyceum, a peace mediator in St. Petersburg Province, chairman of Peterhof rural council, governor and senator of Courland. In 1860, Mr.. published under the pseudonym Lileeva, "Basic Principles of Political Economy, and in 1872. - "Thoughts on the social science of the future", under the initials P. L. (appeared also in German, in a much amended form). Recognition of human society for the body is not in a figurative sense, but in the real value of natural phenomena - the main idea of this work. Using the comparative biological methods, Lilienfeld-Toala tries to establish the socio-embryological law that during the development of the individual noticed the same periods as in the development of all mankind.
