Biography Lublin Julius Kazimirovich
(1799 - 1856). Sentenced to 5 years of hard labor and permanent exile on the category of VI because "he knew intended regicide, but without the consent of the contradictions involved in the establishment of Borisov Slavic secret society" (Lublin translated into Polish catechism Borisov). Lublin in temperament and outlook was not a fighter, a theorist. Having received no systematic education, he acquired a versatile development and learning reading, fascinated compositions Beccaria, Montesquieu, and Filandzheri. The fate of supposedly written notes is unknown.
