Lavon, Alicia (Alicia Lawhon)

Alicia Lawhon was born in Nayarit, Mexico. She spent her childhood watching her grandmother, a seamstress, who sewed clothes from scraps of fabrics and hand-bound silk yarn. Alicia began to sew herself in Hollywood in the 80 years and over in school, kept a diary, to be sure that she never wore the same thing twice. The first product it had made a pair of trousers.

In 1990, Alicia began working at Ron Herman / Fred Segal Melrose, initially by the seller, then the manager. She began her collection there and became a designer in 1996
