Trifonov, Valentin Andreevich (27.8.1888, village Novocherkasskaya Don region - 22.8.1938), one of the leaders of the Soviet Justice. Son Don Cossack. In 1904 joined the RSDLP, Bolshevik. In March 1917 the Secretary of the Bolshevik faction Petrosovsta, Commissioner Basil Island.
