Taylor Lautner

Taylor Lautner is an American actor. He became most famous for his role in vampire saga 'Twilight' where he played Jacob Black.

Taylor was born on February, 11, 1992 in Grand-Rapids, the Michigan state. He has French, Dutch, German ancestors as well as among from Native Americans.

At the age of 6 he began going in for karate, attended Fabiano karate school in Hollend, the Michigan state. The next year he began to win in tournaments. At the age of 8 he was invited to the training led by the septuple world karate champion Mike chat, aged 12 he represented his country and was a success, he won 3 gold medals.

The talented boy began his acting career after his trainer persuaded him to take part in audition for advertisement of Burger King in Los-Angeles. Though his attempts were unsuccessful, Taylor greatly enjoyed the experience and decided to start his acting career.

He is still going in for martial arts, in 2003 he won his first place in sport contest NASKA in categories: 'Black belt Open forms', 'Musical arms', 'Traditional arms', 'Traditional forms', at the age of 12 he won World Karate Championship among Juniors.

Taylor still adores training sports, even for his film roles. For example he managed to comply with his role of the werewolf Jacob Black in 'Twilight', he developed muscle bulk and 8 bricks in abdominal muscles in his 17 years. He managed to do it thanks to swimming and training gym apparatus. Taylor Lautner played in 'Adventures of Sharkboy And Lavagirl' (2005), 'Twilight' (2008), 'Eclipse' (2009), 'Valentine's Day' (2010).
