ESENIN Sergey

(1895, with. Konstantinovo Ryazan province - 1925, Leningrad)
Born into a peasant family. He spent his childhood with his uncle, a prosperous Old Believer. In 1909 he graduated with honors Yesenin Konstantinovskoe zemstvo School. In 1909 - 1912 in the teachers' school in the village of Spas-Klepiki Yesenin studied the law of God, history, geography, etc., in preparation for the will of the native work of rural teachers. Here Yesenin began to write poetry.
