Biography LANCHIANI Rodolfo Amadeo (Lanciani Rodolfo Amadeo)
(1847-1929) Lanchiani born Montechelio near Rome on Jan. 1, 1847. Engineer by training, he participated in the excavation of Trajan in the harbor of Ostia at the mouth of the Tiber, which led the prince Torlonia.
