Artyukh Nikolai Ivanovich

(19.HI.1923, der. Manihi Demidov district - 3.HII.1984, Smolensk)
Member of the Great Patriotic War. Graduated Demidovsky Agricultural College (1941). He served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (1945-54 gg.). Economic and party worker (1954-81 gg.): Collective farm chairman, the secretary Baturyn, Holm-Zhirkovskogo, Gzhatsk (Gagarin), Communist Party of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Party committee at the Smolensk Communist Party OK. He was awarded two Orders of Lenin, the Red Star and medals.
