KROTKOV Mamontov

Mamontov Krotkov was a significant figure in the Moscow branch of the Russian Photographic Society. Publisher photographic journal, owner of Atelier at the Kuznetsk bridge, he was an ideal advocate for photography, art patron, investing all his capital in the favorite child. As a photographer he formed in 1870 under the influence of g. Nostitz.
