Biography Lafontaine Don LeRoy
Donald Leroy Lafontaine was born on 26 August 1940 in the city Dulat Minnesota, in the United States, in the family of Alfred and Rabi Lafontaine. At age thirteen, after mutation of the vocal cords, his voice has acquired distinctive bass tones. This affected his whole creative life. After high school, Don Lafontaine (Don LaFontaine), joined the U.S. Army and worked as a recording engineer. This practice helped him get on the radio in New York - after the service, in 1962 in a year. He worked with producer Floyd Petrsonom, who advised Don to try his hand at film. For the first time his voice sounded in the 1964th year in the western, 'Gunfighters of Casa Grande'. After that, the company 'MGM' entered into a contract with him and Don began his career as voiceover artist.

Don Lafontaine (Don LaFontaine) became head of the company 'Kaleidoscope Films Ltd', which manufactures trailers. Later, in 1976 to the year of he created his own studio 'Don LaFontaine Associates'. Behind him on the right entrenched nickname 'The Voice of God' or 'Thunder Throat', as it was called 'King of Trailer Voice'.

Don Lafontaine (Don LaFontaine) died on 1 August of the year 2008 in the clinic in Los Angeles of pulmonary embolism, and as its corollary, pneumothorax.
