Zhukov, author of historical novels and short stories.
In 1978 he graduated from the Economics Faculty of Moscow State University. Specializes in currency, tax and customs legislation. Then he studied at the Higher Economic Courses Gosplan USSR. In 1991 graduated from Harvard University.
