Nicholas Nikolai

The first phase of scientific work associated with the development of the fundamental problems of membrane transport, which contributed to the establishment and development of membrane biology in the USSR. He was the first in our country have been deployed extensive studies of membrane transport non-electrolytes, sugars and amino acids in animal cells.
