Teplyakov, Ilya

Born August 31, 1966, Mr.. Playing the violin, worked with six years. In 1973, Mr.. was given in the Music School,. Rimsky-Korsakov. After eleven years teaching at the school went to the Conservatory. During the next ten years he served in the army and preparing for competitions.
From 1981 to 1988. worked as a violinist in the Drama Theater, then in the St. Petersburg Philharmonic. He also played a soloist Kurgan Philharmonic Chamber Orchestras.
In 1988, Ilya Teplyakov invited to join in the Leningrad String Quartet, where he still plays second fiddle. Since 1988, his biography is closely connected with the history of the quartet (cm. Quartet).
Ilya is married to pianist Irina Teplyakova (since 1987) and has two daughters - Veronica and Catherine.
