Born December 20, 1951 in Moscow.
In 1969-1971 he studied painting with VG. Veisberg.
In 1971-1973, the number of student at Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. Lenin on art and graphics.
1977-1986 - Member of the Youth Association of the Moscow Union of Artists Organization.
1979-1992 - was part of an independent group "Archipelago".
Since 1989 - Member of the Union of Artists.

Criticism

Andrew Tal belongs to the circle of artists on the one hand essentially archaic and technically and meaningful relationships. Oil on canvas, tempera preparation, glaze ...
