Belavenets Petr Ivanovich

(17.V.1873 - 1936)
Son IP Belaventsa. He graduated from the Marine Corps, an artillery officer class, St. Petersburg and Moscow archaeological institutes. Member of the battle of Tsushima (1905). Since 1890. devoted himself to studying the history of the Russian Navy and Marine flags. He has published over 60 books and articles.
