A rtyuhin Yuri Petrovich - Soviet cosmonaut. Born June 22, 1930 in the village Pershutino Klin district of Moscow region in the family of a military pilot. Russian.
In the army since 1948. In 1950 he graduated from the Serpukhov Military Aviation Technical School Special Services. Prior to 1952 he served in line units the Air Force technician aircraft electrical equipment. In 1958 he graduated from the Air Force Engineering Academy named after NE Zhukovsky specialty Á• Á•? Electrical Engineer. In 1958-1963 Á? senior engineer in the department Aviapribor VVIA Zhukovsky; involved development of computer technology.
In 1963-1982 Á? Detachment astronauts. In 1963-1965 twice participated in the science of measuring points for the flight control as deputy and chief of Task Force. During the flight, the spacecraft Soyuz-6 Á• , . 7, . 8 Á•? (October 1969), . Soyuz-9 Á• Á•? (June 1970) was involved in the flight control on floating scientific measuring station Á• Á•? Cosmonaut Vladimir Komarov, . and in 1971 during the flight of Soyuz-11 Á• Á•? - the ship Akademik Sergei Korolev Á• Á•?.,

Pilot-Cosmonaut of the USSR (1974), honored radio USSR (1977), Ph.D. (1980). He was awarded the Order of Lenin, Red Star and medals, and foreign orders. Honorary citizen of Kaluga and wedge and Dzhezkazgan Baikonur (Kazakhstan), Daugavpils (Latvia), Varna (Bulgaria).
