. Born August 15, 1914 in the village of fallow now Yurev-Polsky District in a peasant family. Russian. Member of the CPSU since 1941. He graduated from rural school, a school, factory school in Vladimir. In 1937 he graduated from the Tambov aviation school GVF, in 1938 - postgraduate courses commanders. Worked in the Vladimir and Kolchuginskij Aeroclub. In the Red Army in 1940. Graduated Ostafevskuyu military pilots flying school in 1941.
