Gamzatov Rasul Gamzatovich (p. 1923) Avar poet. Born on September 8 in the village of Tsada Hunzahskogo rayona6 Don Dagestan in the family of the national poet Gamzat Tsadasa. His father was his first teacher and mentor in the art of poetry. The first poem written in the age of 11. After graduating from the local high school, enrolled in a teacher training college.
