Adam Adolphe Charles - French. composer, born. 24 th July 1803, Mr.. in Paris in 1814, Mr.. enrolled in the Conservatory and was a student of Reich and Boalde. His first work slightly - one-act opera "Pierre et Catherine" (1829). Best same Manuf. And his fame to "Postilion de Longjumean", given in 1836, Mr.. with great success in France in other countries. In 1849, Mr.. put comical. opera "Toreador" and then 14 more. and small. operas, among other things. in 1850. great success opera "Griralda ou la nouvelle Psychee". He died on 3 May 1856. in steam. - Jean-Louis A., his father, a famous music teacher, Genus.
