Biography Yury Voronin
Date of Birth: February 26, 1939. Place of Birth: Kazan (the capital of the Tatar Autonomous Republic).
In 1962 he graduated from Kazan Aviation Institute.
In 1975 he graduated from the Academy of Social Sciences (AON) of the Central Committee.
In 1972, Voronin was admitted to the graduate school of the Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee, from which he graduated in 1975 and defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences.
In 1987, Voronin is recommended in doctoral Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee, after which he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences.
In 1988 he defended his thesis on "the effective use of socio-economic benefits of socialism (the questions of theory and practice)".
In March 1953 - in the days of Stalin's appeal joined the Young Communist League.
After completing his studies at the institute in 1962, was sent to the enterprise Elektron (PO Box 296), where until 1968 he worked as an engineer, constructor of category II, Head of.
In 1968 he was admitted into the ranks of the CPSU (other sources - in 1966).
In 1968, Voronin put forward in the apparatus of Leninist Communist Party of Kazakhstan Kazan head of industrial and transport department, and in 1970 - an instructor Defense Department Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU.
In 1972, Yuri Voronin was admitted to the graduate school of the Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee, from which he graduated in 1975 and Ph.D. degree.
In 1978, Voronin allegedly the head of the Propaganda Department of the Tatar Regional Committee of the Party, and in 1984 - head of economic department of the same Party Committee.
In 1987, Voronin is recommended in doctoral Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee, after which he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences.
In 1988 he claimed the Vice-Chairman of the Council of Ministers - Chairman of the State Planning Committee of the Tatar ASSR.
In 1990 he was elected full member (academician) of the Academy of Technological Sciences of Russia.
Voronin was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Tatar ASSR two convocations (1980 - 1990 gg.).
He was Chairman of the Board of the Council of the Republic of armed forces of Russia on the budget plan, taxes and prices, a member of the Supreme Economic Council at the Presidium of the Supreme, a member of the Extraordinary Commission, II Congress of People's Deputies of the Food.
On the I Congress of People's Deputies was elected a member of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR and at the same time - Chairman of the Commission of the Republic of the budget, plans, taxes and prices.
In 1992, Yuri Voronin was elected Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Council of Russia, and in 1993 - the first deputy. Security Council members Russia.
In 1993 was approved by the co-chair of the Roundtable to develop recommendations and programs of anti-crisis measures and the development of reforms in Russia.
During the September-October (1993) coup, as he emphasizes, "anti-people ruling regime, the X Extraordinary Congress of People's Deputies upheld strict compliance with the RF Constitution.
He was one of the leaders of Defense of the White House in 1993.
